Message	Let me preface this post with how I've gotten to the point that I feel I need to make a post before I get a resolution. Back at ZCON I won a pair of V2 intercoolers in the raffle. I got them sent to me in the mail over the summer and while doing some other maintanence last month I decided to install the intercoolers, so I contacted Ash-Spec to buy some ducts for the A-Spec bumper. I spoke with various folks over there and they ensured me I would be getting a set ASAP. Meanwhile, almost two months later, I am still waiting. I have called them numerous times and they keep giving me the story 'we have been having issues with our fiberglass guy' or 'I have to go up to the fiberglass guy to pick up the latest order'. Now I have been calling them and no one answers. I leave messages, but noone returns my calls. I really am lost on what I should do now. I guess all I want are ducts for my A-spec bumber. I am willing to pay full price for the ducts... At this point I just want some sort of response from Ash with a solid ETA or a tracking number. I don't want to start a flame war. I don't have a grudge against ash... his products are great. I Just wish he had better customer service and would stop giving me the run around... /rant
